ApplyDocket LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ApplyDocket at applydocket.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

• —Account information: Your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth) when you register.
• —Profile information: Name, location, phone number, LinkedIn URL, and professional summary that you optionally provide to pre-fill resumes.
• —Resume content: Work history, education, skills, and other resume data you enter into the Service.
• —Billing information: Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or billing address. We receive a token and basic billing status from Stripe.
• —Usage data: Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically as part of normal server operation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Service:

• —To create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.
• —To generate AI-powered resume content using Anthropic’s Claude API. Your resume data is transmitted to Anthropic to process your requests.
• —To process subscription payments through Stripe.
• —To respond to support inquiries sent to support@applydocket.com.
• —To improve and maintain the Service based on aggregate usage patterns.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• —Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data and resume content is stored on Supabase servers.
• —Anthropic — AI language model API used to generate resume content. Resume data you submit for AI tailoring is sent to Anthropic. See Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
• —Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• —Vercel — hosting and deployment infrastructure.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and enable core Service functionality. For full details, see our Cookie Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and resume content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.

7. Children’s Privacy

ApplyDocket is available to users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@applydocket.com and we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• —Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• —Portability: Export your resume data using the PDF export feature before closing your account.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security policies on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
